Stephanie A. Staatz, O.D. specializes in comprehensive eyecare, contact lens care, pediatric care, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease.

Dr. Staatz earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Baylor University, Waco, Texas. She graduated Cum Laude with her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1997, plus completing an additional Bachelor of Visual Science degree. Her medical education was enhanced by fulfilling interships at Westside VA and Gilchrist-Marchman Rehabilitation Center. Outstanding honors included recipient of the Lawrence P. Feigenbaum Clinical Excellence Award, the Council on Ethics Professionalism Award and Beta Sigma Kappa International Honor Society.

Dr. Staatz has lived and practiced in the Northland for the past 6 years. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and their three children Mason, Rylee, and Ellie.
